Output Title: Examination, certification & preparation of the qualification dossier

Output Description: A Qualification Dossier is a set of documents showing the accomplishments a trainee achieved during defined study/training period, gathering the trainee’s work results in the dossier, trainee’s efforts, progress, achievements, responses and (self-)assessment are all included in this qualification dossier.

The dossier aims to bring together and interrelated knowledge and experience with specific competences in green logistics.

The dossier:

• Shows that a trainee has attained certain-level competences in the green logistics areas.
• Provides information about the effectiveness of the training programme interms of knowledge, skills and wider competence necessary to become proficient in the green logistics areas.
• Provides potential employers with an organized and well-selected information for an employee’s professional development, skills and experience showcasing her/his accomplishments and capabilities in green logistics.
• Shows the ways one has taken and to assist in determining her/his future career directions and prospects, since learning and development are integral parts of professional life.
• Serves as a means of self-assessment indicating how a trainee achieved specific and wider competences through training courses, fieldwork, community service, and paid work experience.

We give youngsters a “GREEN LOGISTIC YOUTH TRAINER” certificate after training them by our training modules & as this certificate is valid in our partner countries, these new skills & qualifications have transnational transparency & recognition in EU.

Firstly a set of examinations are prepared for the identification of levels of the participants, questions and answers are taken from the book, Learning Objectives, Learning Units and Paths are identified, corresponding skills, knowledge & competences are set up, giving the credit points, the beneficiaries have their certification with grades,

Certification is prepared by Universıty of Ljubljana.

Qualification dossier is very useful when:

• When a trainee applies to continue and finish his/her study at a host institution,
• And when a trainee applies for a mobility exchange within a defined study period,
• And when one applies for a promotion at her/his work place,
• And when one applies for a new job position.
