Output Title:  Development of Training Materials: Blended-Learning and ICT

Output Description: The pedagogical framework behind this training programme is constructivism, according to which the learner builds up and develops his/her own competence actively and autonomicly. Within this framework the idea is, that in this Green Logistic Manager – training the usage of e-learning methods are essential and lots of attention are paid also in work based learning, where the learner can straight away connect the theoretical parts of the training to the real task that has to be solved among the youth. This guarantees that the training is practical and thus offer an added value to participants from youth.

The learning material is constructed on the basis of the learner-centered approach and it offers new learning opportunities and skills development with short-term targets. The whole learning content arranged on modular principle is available as learning pathways designed to particular competence profile for youngsters. Selected parts of it is offered as short intensive courses on demand, designed to fit the variety of learning requirements of the project’s short-term targets.

Training modules are designed in a way that it also covers exercises, quizes, questions +answers, videos, chats, animations to attract the beneficiary’s attention. Within the framework of this approach, the innovative training material to be produced for use by the target group consists of a number of training modules, whose topics are derived on the basis of preceding training needs surveys and analyses in the five project partner countries.
